What time is the room available?
The room is available from 2:00 pm

What time do I have to leave the room?

The room must be vacated by 11:00 am or late check-out, with €.30,00 extra fee, is possible up until 3:00 pm

Can I smoke in the room?

It is not possible to smoke in the room: all our rooms are "non-smoking".
It is possible to smoke in the outside courts or, during the reservation, ask for the assignment of rooms with the balcony.

I'm allergic: do you have rooms that fit my needs?

All rooms are paved with ceramics and parquet. Pillows with anallergic pillowcase are also available.

Can I set the room temperature independently?

All rooms have air conditioning with individual temperature control.

Does the hotel have a parking space?
We offer our guests a large garage and a private courtyard for car parking. All parking spaces are free.

If your parking spaces are complete, where to park?

In Piazza San Francesco d'Assisi in front of the hotel. Parking is free

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the week from 7.00 am to 10.00 am and on public holidays and before holidays from 7.30 am to 10.30 am. At this times you can request room service.

I leave very early in the morning: how can I have breakfast?

From Monday to Friday the Early Express Breakfast service is available from 06:00.
Takeaway service is also available.

Where can I deposit my baggage?

We have a free luggage deposit: it is sufficient to ask your need at the reception.

Do you accept pets?

All pets are welcome. We also provide, with a fee, taxi-dog and dog-sitter services made in collaboration with a Centro Cinofilo.

You do not have a restaurant. Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel?
We have a quick meal service available from 12:00 to 11:00 pm which includes a selection of first courses, main courses, side dishes, pizzas and desserts which you can eat in your room or in the dining room.

I do not want to have dinner at the hotel, how can I do?
We collaborate with the most named local restaurants and Turin, accessible by car or on foot.
The offer is varied and includes typical Piedmontese, Mediterranean and Michelin-starred cuisine.

Do you have a Taxi service at reduced rates?
Transfers to / from Turin Caselle Airport, Turin city center, Lingotto Fiere, Porta Nuova and Porta Susa railway stations and for each location are available at special rates.
Reservations are recommended at least the day before, by calling the hotel reception directly

From the motorway network always follow the signs for Caselle Aeroporto;
Near Caselle Airport go towards San Maurizio Canavese and continue for San Francesco al Campo (via Parrocchia 5)

CAR - follow direction Ciriè and then turn to San Maurizio Canavese and then continue to San Francesco al Campo (via Parrocchia 5)
TAXI - It is suggested to book the taxi at least the day before to get the reduced rates.

Arrival by train at the Torino Porta Susa and Porta Nuova railway stations
BUS - In front of the stations there is the Sadem bus stop (frequency 15 minutes - holidays 30 minutes).
The closest stop to the hotel is Caselle Airport and from the airport you can reach the hotel by taxi.
TAXI - It is advisable to book the taxi at least the day before to get the reduced rates.
